Counselling Services for Life’s Crossroads

My counselling services are designed for individuals who may not be in crisis but are feeling stuck, uncertain, or at a crossroads in life. You don’t have to be experiencing a mental health emergency to benefit from professional support. Sometimes, the most powerful growth happens when you choose to seek counselling during periods of transition, reflection or change.

I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and options with clarity. Whether you are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, career decisions, or professional development goals, my services are here to guide you toward greater self awareness and confident decision making.

Support for Life Transitions and Personal Growth

Many clients seek counselling when facing:

  • Significant life changes

  • Relationship difficulties including family, friends or marriage.

  • Career or professional uncertainty

  • Stress, anxiety or emotional overwhelm

  • A desire for personal growth and self exploration

My approach to therapy focuses on supporting you to build resilience, develop coping strategies, and gain insight into patterns that may be contributing to feelings of ‘stuckness’ or ‘holding back’. Counselling is not only about managing challenges, it is also about fostering emotional wellbeing, confidence and long term mental wellbeing.

If you are feeling uncertain about your next steps, therapy can provide the structure and support needed to move forward with clarity.

Flexible Appointment Options

I understand that busy schedules can make accessing mental health support challenging. To accommodate your needs, I offer

  • A limited number of evening and Saturday counselling sessions

  • The option to pre-book weekly sessions at a consistent day and time

  • Flexible scheduling for you if variable availably is needed

Many clients choose to attend weekly therapy sessions, as consistency and routine can significantly enhance the counselling process. Regular sessions support continuity, therapeutic progress, and the development of trust within the counselling relationship.
